Fear: Fact and Fantasy
As an effective leader, you need an understanding of yourself as well as those you lead. A key element of that knowledge – and one which is usually
ignored – is the role which fear can play with you and those in your organization.
Recognition of those fears – their sources and their consequences – can be a
major asset for enhancing your leadership skills.
This session presents an overview of those fear sources (i.e. fear of things
we cannot change) along with a discussion of their potential impact on you and your organization. Relevant real life incidents are also included along with these
sources. While emphasis is given to professional life, the relevancy to personal life is readily apparent.
