Academic Outreach and Continuing Education (AOCE) Departmental and University services include the labor and other work provided in the area of distance learning, continuing education, and International Education activities.  These services are procured in cooperation with in-house (Departmental/University) employee labor and make available centralized skills and expertise in each of the distance learning, continuing education, and International Education areas.  Such services are deemed necessary in order to prevent or alleviate problems that interfere with the success in offering these types of programs through MSU.
