** AOCE Programs have no rental fees, set-up fees, or after-hours fees; however, AOCE Staff will be responsible for clean-up after scheduled Programs.
Note 1: The fees above are room rental fees only ; any setup fees or audio/ visual fees are additional and notincluded. (See tables below.) Note 2: The fees above apply only to those events held on weekdays between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Note 3: Events occurring after 5 PM on weekdays and events occurring on weekends will be required to cover cost of event staff @ $15.00/hour/staff person. Note 4: A deposit of 25% of the rental fee REQUIRED at time of reservation & is non-refundable if event is cancelled. Full rental fee payment inluding all other fees due 1 week prior to event.
